CAN I ARRANGE A VIEWING?
Absolutely, you can book an appointment or arrange a viewing over Skype to get a tour of our communal space and a room. Contact us to book an appointment.
HOW MUCH WILL I SAVE?
All utility bills (gas, water and electricity), superfast internet Wi-Fi and bedsheets & linens are all included. Weekly cleaning can be added at an additional low cost.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
You can cancel free of charge if you are within your cooling-off period; your cooling-off period is 15 days from the date of booking. To be eligible to cancel, you must supply suitable proof to us in writing within 48 hours of being made aware of the change in cirmustances. Outside of these terms, in order to cancel, you must organise a replacement student to take over your contract in order to cancel free of charge. In any other case, the deposit will be withheld.
HOW FAST IS THE INTERNET CONNECTION IN THE BUILDING?
Our building offers a superfast Wi-Fi connection of 100 Mbps internet speed.
DO YOU ALLOW COUPLES TO STAY/VISIT?
We love having couples live in our accommodation. There is a 20% price increase to cover the additional usage of electricity and water, internet and communal space. Please contact our Team by the inquiry form and specify that you are 2 persons.
